Detailed Product Description

Aluminum frames of solar module includes frames and mounting systems.There are two types of frames:cut for Right-angle and 45-angle.Generally the specification and corresponding size of aluminium frames for the Solar modules as followings:

(1).30*25mm suitable for solar modules of 30-120W,
(2).50*35mm suitable for solar modules of 160-220W,
(3).35*35mm suitable for solar modules of 80-180W.

We could also produce the frames specification under customers request.

The materials of frames totally comes from our Group company Jiangyin Haida,which is the largest manufacturer of aluminium profiles in east-China.Besides,our major manufacturing equipments and test facilities are introduced from Taiwan and Germany.So all the products are based on high quality.

Currently,most of the products are exported to Top 500 Solar Energy companies of the world in Spain, UK.,Belgium,Czechic Republic,USA and other countries. At present,the production capacity is 600,000 sets per month and will be 750,000 sets per month after the new production lines installed in the last quarter of 2008.
